Fraser is trading below the support lowest green line. Expect it to form a low at 0.5 region. Bear line (Blue must take it down) before any rally. Note many stocks has similar formation. However, some of the stocks has taken down the great bear line. Ex NOL. would others stocks follow or does it indicates major stocks are forming bottom for another Tiger Year rally?
